Rental Terms for Villa Rizes

 

Booking and Payment:

• Reservations must be made via the website rizescorfu.com or by contacting the landlord directly.

• The rental fee must be paid in full upon booking confirmation. Prices depend on the season and can be found in the "Prices" section on the rizescorfu.com website.

• Cancellations may only be refunded according to the following policy:

  • 1. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the arrival date: 50% of the rental fee is refunded.

  • 2. Cancellations made later than 28 days before the arrival date: No refund of the rental fee.

• No refund is provided for early departures.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM on the arrival day.

• Check-out is before 10:00 AM on the departure day.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Occupancy and Use of the Property:

• The maximum occupancy of the property is 4 guests (plus a child under 3 years).

• If the optional apartment is added, the maximum occupancy of the property extends to 6 guests.

• The property is for private holiday use only. **Subletting is not allowed.**

• Pets are not allowed in the house.

• Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Damages:

• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused by them or their guests.

Liability:

• The owner and the rental company are not liable for any harm or damage to guests during their stay.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law, where the property is located.

• If Greek law is not applicable, these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, where the owner and the rental company are located.
